These student activities and 组织s are sponsored by the 农业部门. Several are open to students of any major.
判断团队
Any undergraduate students interested in improving their oral and written communication, 组织技能, time 管理 and teamwork strategies can get involved with the judging teams. These are the judging categories available and the competitions they participate in:

- Attend contests in other cities, such as San Antonio and Houston.

农业综合企业学生协会
The 农业综合企业学生协会 (ABSA) seeks to bring together and develop leaders and scholars with a passion for agribusiness, 农业经济学, and agricultural policy and is open to any ASU students interested in these fields.
In addition to promoting relationships among students involved, club members can develop their 领导, 管理, and communication skills as they organize fundraising, 服务, and social activities for the 组织. Members can also network with students and faculty from other universities when they travel to national and regional conferences as part of the 农业经济学 quiz bowl team.
块 & 缰绳俱乐部
块 & 缰绳俱乐部 is committed to being involved on campus, in the community and in the field of agriculture. The club is open to all students and is sponsored by the 农业部.

Delta Tau Alpha荣誉协会
Delta Tau Alpha (DTA) is a national agriculture honor society of men and women who have in common their achievements in 奖学金, 领导, 和性格. The name Delta Tau Alpha means “Dedicated to Agriculture.”
会员资格要求
- Complete nine semester hours or the equivalent in agriculture courses.
- Complete 45 semester hours or the equivalent in college courses, including transfers.
- Rank in the highest 35 percent of your class in general 奖学金 and have completed at least three semesters of college courses.

肉类和食品科学协会
The 肉类和食品科学协会 (MFSA) promotes scholastic achievement for students pursuing a degree in animal science with a focus on meat science and/or food science.
The club is open to any ASU students interested in expanding their knowledge of the meat production industry or who are interested in the many aspects of food science. The MFSA organizes fundraising events to support the association, 本科研究, 奖学金, and undergraduate/graduate student travel to national meetings.

Pre-Veterinary社会
The Pre-Veterinary社会 is a student 组织 that aims to provide various educational and career development opportunities to students interested in pursuing careers in the field of veterinary medicine. The 组织 is open to all students interested in expanding their knowledge and experiences in animal medicine. The society helps organize and promote volunteer opportunities that improve students’ applications when applying for graduate and veterinary medicine programs. Through these experiential learning opportunities, students not only gain industry experience but also develop communication, 组织, and other valuable 领导 skills.
RAMS(招聘农业专业)
RAMS is an 组织 that comprises undergraduate and graduate students from within the department who are selected by faculty based on 服务, 奖学金, 以及公众演讲技巧.
These students serve as ambassadors for ASU and the Ag Department while traveling around the state to various conferences, 公立学校, 大学, and universities with the ultimate goal of increasing awareness of ASU and increasing enrollment within the department.
The student recruiters are also responsible for hosting tours of the Management, Instruction, and 研究 Center, Food Safety and Product Development Laboratory, Mayer-Rousselot Agriculture Education Training Center, 和大学牧场. They also assist faculty at various campus events such as Discover ASU, 真正的蓝色星期五, 及新生迎新活动.

The Intercollegiate Undergraduate 肉类科学 Quiz Bowl is a friendly competition designed for students interested in the meat science and/or food science field.
